On October 17, 2017 (Beijing time), Mr. Wang Mingming, Marketing Director of Beijing Yingherui Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. visited Thailand and signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Green Energy Network, a local environmental protection company, (“GEN”). Mr. Kiattisak, President of GEN, kindly received the visitors and held a signing ceremony at his company headquarters.
GEN is a well-known environmental protection company in Thailand and can provide professional consulting services in terms of biogas engineering, investment and financing, core equipment, project operation and construction. So far, it has undertaken the construction of several biogas projects in Thailand. GEN is highly compatible with Yingherui's overseas market business needs, and both sides truly realize the cooperation based on mutual benefit.
According to the agreement, in the future, GEN will serve as the long-term partner of Yinghe Rui in Thailand to excessively sell and promote a number of environmental protection equipment and biogas engineering related patent technologies independently produced by Yingherui. Yingherui will provide professional technical support and equipment supply services for GEN to jointly develop the Thai environmental protection market.
At the signing ceremony, Mr. Kiattisak, President of GEN, analyzed the market prospects of biogas projects in Thailand and said that, in recent years, the Thai government has been paying more and more attention to the promotion of biogas projects. As of 2016, Thailand has built about 1,500 biogas projects of various scales, for which the Thai government has totally provided more than 4 billion baht. He hopes that under the background of the Thai government's encouragement to develop biogas projects, Yingherui and GEN can go all out to make the environmental protection industry with biogas project as the core bigger and stronger and radiate the entire Thailand.
In this regard, Mr. Wang Mingming, marketing director of Ying Herui, said that this cooperation is a new attempt to complement each other's advantages and develop a win-win situation. The cooperation with GEN has added new strength to Yingherui's overseas business. He believed that both parties can create higher value in future cooperation.
At the signing ceremony, Mr. Wang Mingming and Mr. Kiattisak Kobkanjanakorn signed the cooperation agreement on behalf of both parties. Mr. Chaiwat Pollap, Vice President of GEN. Mr. Zhao Chen, Marketing Manager of Yingherui, and Mr. Suchart Tunglamare, the first customer after cooperation of both sides witnessed the signing ceremony.
