I, Mr. Luo Yuanfeng, Vice President of China Securities, and Mr. Yang Kai, Deputy Director of Finance of Qinghai Jieshen, made an appointment for mountaineering on the morning of May 19, 2019.

In the middle is Luo Yuanfeng, vice president of China Securities. I gave him a nickname “Bai Xiaosheng in Environmental Protection Sector”. Why? Bai Xiaosheng is a figure in Gu Long's The Sentimental Swordsman. His Weapons Spectrum lists the ranks of weapons and Kungfu of the then martial arts people. Luo is such a man in China’s environmental protection circle. On the left is Yang Kai. Born in 1992, he is a very excellent post-1990s, holding a master degree. Now, he serves as Deputy Director of Finance of Qinghai Jieshen.

We walked out of the villa area of Peninsula Garden where we lived and came to the Jiuyanquan Scenic Area, which has been abandoned for a long time. On the winding mountain road, I saw a small pavilion in the distance. This pavilion should have a history of many years. Its beams and columns witness the vicissitudes, and a lot of refined scholars left their calligraphy here. We didn't know its name. Let's call him "Fengbo Pavilion". I don't know why it was connected to Yue Fei. Then we took the photo on the "Fengbo Pavilion".

I and Yang Kai walked down Fengbo Pavilion and looked back. Luo still looked far into the distance. I took a picture and suddenly felt that Luo was a little like Chairman Mao of the youth. Chairman Mao has a long-term vision and is a great revolutionary army and strategist. As a well-known investor in the environmental protection circle, Mr. Luo has successively made investments in Yingherui Environment, Xinlian Environmental Protection, Jikong, etc. He is also very strategic-minded.

Going forward, I accidentally saw a kitchen waste treatment factory in the distance. Yang Kai introduced that it was the Xining Kitchen Waste Disposal Center operated by Jieshen. Five years ago, we once match the enamel assembled tanks for this project. So we decided to have a look. We crossed mountain paths and steep slopes to the destination despite the long distance.

Revisiting old place, witnessing quality

After the "difficult obstacles", we finally reached Xining Kitchen Waste Disposal Center. The facility was completed and put into operation in 2009. It collects and processes 200 tons of kitchen waste every day. By use of automatic crushing and sorting, subcritical-medium temperature wet anaerobic digestion, sewage treatment, high temperature sterilization to produce biological protein feed and biodiesel. It has been running for 10 years and made great contributions to Xining.

In 2015, our Yingherui Environment provided Qinghai Jieshen with a 200-cubic enamel assembly tank, which was used to store the kitchen materials after subcritical treatment. It has been running continuously for nearly 5 years and is running well. Therefore, this year, Qinghai Jieshen Gansu Jiayuguan kitchen project designed all the tanks into enamel assembled tanks, and anaerobic tanks, pre-treatment tanks, biogas tanks, internal mixers and biogas purification equipment were all contracted to Yingherui Environment.

Five years later, the second cooperation was successfully achieved, and the contract amount was ten times higher than the first time. It must be said that this is because the product quality and service of Yingherui Environment has won the recognition of customers and its product value is fully reflected.

The three advantages of enamel assembled tanks

High installation speed, strong anti-corrosion ability and strong space climate adaptability

First of all, the installation period of the enamel assembled tank is very short, the enamel steel plate is modularized, and only assembly is needed on site. A tank of 3000 cubic meters can be installed in 20 days;

Secondly, the enamel coating is highly inert and fused to the surface of the steel plate at a high temperature of 800 °C or higher. It has strong adhesion and is not easy to fall off. It can guarantee very good anti-corrosion effect and is widely used for high-salinity wastewater such as kitchen waste and waste leachate.

Third, the installation of enamel assembled tanks has not high requirements for space and climate, and even it can be conducted in cold winters. Its requirements for the construction site are not high, and it is especially for some small space renovation projects.
