In order to improve the technical level of employees and improve the quality of project services, on December 29, 2018, Yingherui invited Professor Song Xiaoya, the chief engineer of Xiaohongmen Project, to provide technical training on sludge digestion and sludge hydrolysis. More than 40 people from the Office of Chief Engineers, Technical Center, Engineering Division, and Equipment Division participated in the training.
Professor Song Xiaoya once successively participated in the commissioning and operation of sewage and reclaimed water systems of Gaobeidian, Kangzhuang of Yanqing and Xiaohongmen, and has solid theoretical basis and rich field experience. This time, Professor Song brought a professional lecture on the operation control of anaerobic digestion process of sewage and sludge for our company, explained the basic process and basic operation of anaerobic digestion and introduced the operation control and main production indicators of anaerobic digestion. At the same time, she shared with us the application of advanced anaerobic digestion technology, and had exchanged and discussion on the anaerobic digestion process with the on-site colleagues, which greatly benefited the participants.
Thermal hydrolysis anaerobic digestion is the internationally advanced mainstream technology for municipal sludge treatment. Among them, Xiaohongmen Thermal Hydrolysis Anaerobic Digestion Project is China’s first mud area upgrading project using Cambi thermal hydrolysis + anaerobic digestion. Since launched on July 18, 2016, it has been running stably for more than two years. .
Through this training, the anaerobic digestion process of sewage and sludge has been further popularized in our company, laying a solid foundation for the improvement of the service quality of Yingherui's future projects. According to the technical training contents, the chairman and the chief engineer made work deployment for the future project operation and put forward specific work requirements in combination with the actual situation of the current project of our company, which will effectively promote the technical service level of our company to embark onto a new step in 2019.
