Celebrate New Year with a Chinese Dumpling Feast

YHR generally organizes the activity of “making and eating Chinese dumplings” for two or three times every year, which has become a traditional activity for Yingherui to celebrate employees’ birthdays and festivals. In a few days, the beautiful 2018 will pass and 2019 will come. With the New Year’s holiday coming soon, Yingherui has carried out this traditional activity to enrich employees’ cultural life and promote friendship between colleagues.

 

On December 29, 2018, the administrative department made preparations early, and the employees of other departments enthusiastically and actively participated. In the whole process of making the dumplings, including kneading dough, chopping and stirring stuffing, rubbing dough into balls, rolling wrappers and wrapping dumplings, everyone made concerted efforts based on reasonable division of labor, and acted orderly and lively at each process. Everyone talked happily about their experience, learned from each other by exchanging views, and shared their friendly sentiments from time to time with excitement and proud. After about one hour of joint effort, they successfully completed the task of making dumplings.

 

With plates of steaming hot dumplings and a variety of delicious food being served on the table, everyone’s face burst into a warm smile. Everyone tasted the unique and delicious dumplings made through collective collaboration. They felt the warmth of home and forgot the cold-blast air and chilliness outside.

 

In addition, on the occasion of ringing out the old year and ringing in the new year, Yingherui also held a birthday party for employees born in December and January, adding more warmth and joy to the dumpling feast.

 

This year-end activity not only made every Yingherui person feel the humanistic care of the company and feel the warmth of home, but also improved the relationship among the employees and made them deeply aware of the importance of collaboration.
