Recently, Jialihe (Shandong) Animal Husbandry Co., Ltd. organized relevant experts to carry out the final acceptance of the “dairy farm manure treatment project of Jialihe (Shandong) Animal Husbandry Co., Ltd.”. The experts attending the meeting listened to the special report on project construction given by Beijing Yingherui Environmental Technology Co., Ltd., reviewed the documents, and inspected the production site. They affirmed the achievements and completion of various indicators, and all agreed to accept the project. They also suggested strengthening market promotion.

 

This project was designed, constructed and commissioned by Beijing Yingherui Environmental Protection Engineering Co., Ltd. Targeting the difficulties of low TS concentration of manure cleaning by water submerging and low volumetric gas production rate at the dairy factory, Yingherui adopted the internationally advanced anaerobic biological multiplication technology to significantly improve the TS fermentation concentration and volumetric gas production rate of the reactor. The total fermentation tank volume is 12,000 cubic meters, and the actual gas production rate reaches 14,000 to 16,000 cubic meters.


The main techniques used by this project include: raw material concentration pretreatment + gas production and storage integration of enamel assembled CSTR + YHR biological desulfurization technology + biogas power generation. The project is now operating at full capacity, with a daily treatment of 800 tons of manure and daily power generation of nearly 30,000 kWh. It can provide self-use electricity for the entire dairy factory, and the waste heat of power generation can also be used for increasing the temperature for the anaerobic reactor, realizing co-generation.
