On April 20, 2018, the Livestock and Poultry Feces Utilization Forum (Capital Operation Session) organized by Beijing Yingherui Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. (Yingherui) and sponsored by Jiangxi Zhenghe New Energy Development Co., Ltd. was held at Changsha International Convention and Exhibition Center. Themed the “Utilization of Livestock and Poultry Feces and Capital Assistance”, the forum aims to strengthen the importance of feces treatment and utilization and capital operation, enhance mutual trust, reach consensus and build platform for deep communication between the government and enterprises in the industry, while promoting enterprise transformation and upgrading, industry benchmarking and the strategic cooperation between enterprises and finance and capital. Li Huibin, Director of Rural Energy and Environment Agency of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, and Shi Youlong, chief animal husbandry of the National Animal Husbandry Station, attended the meeting and delivered speeches. Mr. Li Huibin, presided over the meeting. Nearly 500 people attended the meeting, including technical management personnel of the animal husbandry bureaus (stations, centers) of various provinces (cities, counties), experts from research institutes, colleges and universities, and representatives of livestock and poultry feces utilization enterprises.

The forum invited Xue Tao (Vice President of E20 Joint Research Institute), Luo Yuanfeng (Vice President of China Capital Management Co., Ltd.), Wan Liping (General Manager of Jiangxi Zhenghe New Energy Development Co., Ltd.), Zhou Jianhua (General Manager of Beijing Yingherui Environmental Technology Co., Ltd.), Chang Jie (Deputy Director of Animal Husbandry of Henna Animal Husbandry Bureau), Pei Shunchang (Deputy Head of Junxian County of Henan Province), Zheng Zhixue (Deputy Head of Qixian County), Yuan Xufeng (associate professor of China Agricultural University), Zhang Yulei (Deputy General Manager of COFCO Jiakang (Yongcheng) Co., Ltd.) and 16 expert representatives of provincial and municipal leaders made wonderful reports on the cooperation mechanisms on the utilization of livestock and poultry feces and capital injection, the third-party resource treatment and the whole-county promotion, the comprehensive utilization of biogas residues and biogas slurry and the mode of the combination of farming and animal husbandry.
Xue Tao, Vice President of E20 Joint Research Institute of School of Environment, Peking University discussed the use of livestock and poultry feces utilization market under the PPP mode; Luo Yuanfeng, Vice President of China Capital Management Co., Ltd. made explanation on the capital facilitating the development of the livestock and poultry farming wastes utilization; Wan Liping, General Manager of Jiangxi Zhenghe New Energy Development Co., Ltd., analyzed the Zhenghe Ecological Case of Xinyu of Jiangxi and its profit making situation; Zhou Jianhua, General Manager of Beijing Yingherui, demonstrated that the “professional capital” provides overall solutions for the utilization of livestock and poultry feces; Chang Jie, Deputy Director of Animal Husbandry of Henna Animal Husbandry Bureau, gave a keynote speech; Pei Shunchang，Deputy Head of Junxian County of Henan Province, made a report on the utilization of livestock and poultry feces of Junxian County; Zheng Zhixue, Deputy Head of Qixian County, discussed the topic of “seize the opportunity, win the initiative, and strive to promote the coordinated development of animal husbandry and environmental protection in Qixian County”; Yuan Xufeng, Associate Professor of China Agricultural University, described the new revolution in the utilization of biogas residue– rice seedling substrate); Zhang Yulei, Deputy General Manager of COFCO Jiakang (Yongcheng) Co., Ltd. showed how large-scale farming enterprises can make good use of manure resources.
During the forum, representatives of 11 enterprises made wonderful case sharing in term of the resource utilization market and operation mode; five local government leaders made detailed reports on the utilization of local waste resources.
After the meeting, the participants also held discussions and exchanged views on the specific issues of cooperation between big livestock counties and investment enterprises.
The meeting deepened the guests' cognition and understanding of “capital facilitates the utilization of livestock and poultry feces resources”, strengthened communication and consensus, and laid the foundation of cooperation for capital entering the field of livestock and poultry feces utilization, advanced the transformation and upgrading of enterprises and promoted capital strategic cooperation and contribute to the healthy and sustainable development of the livestock and poultry feces utilization industry.
