On September 18, 2018, Beijing Yingchuang Hemei New Energy Technology Development Co., Ltd. and Wuhan Huaworld Power Technology Co., Ltd. established a joint venture company for the “power generation project of the 10,000-cattle ranch of Jialihe (Shandong) Animal Husbandry Co., Ltd.” The ceremony for signing the shareholder agreement was held at the headquarters of Yingherui in Fangshan District, Beijing.
Mr. Yin Jianfeng, General Manager of Beijing Yingchuang Hemei New Energy Technology Development Co., Ltd., and Mr. Li Jinwu, Deputy General Manager of Wuhan Huaworld Power Technology Co., Ltd., attended the meeting and signed a project cooperation agreement.
Beijing Yingchuang Hemei New Energy Technology Development Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Beijing Yingherui Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. It aims to develop, invest in, construct and operate projects of resource utilization of agricultural organic wastes to provide comprehensive treatment solutions for agricultural and animal husbandry enterprises and local government, so as to strive to solve the problem of non-point source pollution in agriculture.
Established on July 14, 2011, Wuhan Huaworld Power Technology Co., Ltd. specializes in R&D, production, leasing, after-sales services and technical services of diesel generator sets, gas generator sets and supporting power products mainly in the fields such as biomass biogas power generation and sales.
The company operating the Jialihe (Shandong) project is a professional project operation company that relies on Shandong Jialihe 10,000-cattle ranch and uses the anaerobic fermentation process to treat manure generated from the cattle ranch to produce biogas and organic fertilizer, as well as uses biogas to generate power for grid connection, produces fertilizer with biogas residue and scientifically returns biogas to the field for utilization. The project achieves the installed power generation capacity of 2.4MW, and the annual output of 10,000 tons of solid organic fertilizer.
Today, Yingchuang Hemei and Wuhan Huaworld Power Technology reached a cooperation agreement for the Jialihe (Shandong) project company, laying a solid foundation for long-term cooperation between the two companies in the field of biogas power generation.
