The sun was shining and the spring was evident everywhere. Recently, Lu Jianping, director of Caofeidian base, Sha Jundong, executive deputy director of the base, led technical backbones of the production base to drive to Siemens’ Flender factory in Tianjin for a visit, so as to effectively feel the work environment and management concept of the internationalized big company, which was an important step for the internationalization of the production base. Yang Xing from Caofeidian production base recorded the visit and actual experience.

We intuitively found the difference of Flender from other factories. Its low-key appearance on the outside highlighted its intrinsic conservation, and its material storage, production and process, assembly, logistics and transportation and other aspects all showed a shocking side. We felt that charm of its three-dimensional rack with space automation, large CNC machining center, high-precision assembly process, etc.

After entering the factory area, we first saw the open-air storage of materials, which did not touch the ground, giving us the first visual shock.

After walking out of the Flender factory, the visitors still clearly remembered and had meaningful afterthoughts about every thing in the tour process. Its scenes of internationalization have always been vivid.

It is undeniable that the internationalized factory has brought us sensory shocks, as well as made us realize that we have a long way to go to achieve internationalization. However, the long distance cannot stop our vision for internationalization. We plan to learn from foreigners to improve ourselves. It is the first step of our internationalization to visit Flender factory to learn its production and management experience. We will advance irresistibly and march forward courageously toward the goal of internationalization. In the near future, Yingherui will definitely take a place on the global stage.
