General drawing is an independent profession. It seems easy, and everyone seems to have his/her own views on general drawing layout. However, general drawing design must meet the main process flow, the land use indicator and building floor-area ratio required by the developer, national, local and industrial regulations and urban road traffic rules, as well as ensure short and convenient pipelines and roads, convenient transportation, reasonable separation between the pedestrian system and the vehicle system, safe and reliable fire protection, environmental protection and beautiful greening, reasonable engineering economy, etc. General drawing design should summarize all professional details on one drawing to clearly show the plane and vertical relationships. It may not be easy if designers do not have solid professional foundation and rich work experience.

On March 24, 2019, Yingherui technology center was honored to invite Sun Sulin, deputy director of the Ninth Design Institute of China Building Technique Group Co., Ltd., to give a training class for all designers, and some commissioners and marketing personnel of Yingherui on general drawing design.

In the training class, Mr. Sun used a PPT to introduce the general layout design, vertical design, transportation design, comprehensive pipeline design, fire protection and environmental protection design, greening design and other basic contents included in the general drawing design, as well as precautions of general drawing design.

Mr. Sun explained each knowledge point in detail by means of pictures and texts, and guided students to ask questions and interact enthusiastically. After his lecture, he used the existing engineering project as an example to provide professional guidance on the problems existing in the current drawings. After the class, the students were still trying to communicate and consult with the teacher.
