In the short period of over ten days since we came into operation after the Spring Festival, our company has launched a new revolution from the inside out. Zhou Jianhua, general manger of Yingherui, made the work requirement of “learning diligently, willing to work hard and taking on responsibilities” for the employees, and interpreted the profound implications of the requirement.
Enable the Front-line Employees to Take Responsibilities and Entrust Them with Important Tasks
The boundaries of management are becoming more and more complex, the span is becoming broader and broader. With a stronger sense of responsibility, we may undertake greater cause; with more responsibilities performed, we may achieve greater success. “A sense of responsibility” is also an attitude, a realm and a kind of cultivation. In 2019, the agricultural and rural environmental protection is growing vigorously, and the biogas business has now gained a favorable position. We are now on the stage of the times. At present, Yingherui has upgraded and optimized the business processes, management systems, and job responsibilities. In the future, Yingherui will also empower the front-line managers by delegating powers to them, so that the people in direct contact with front-line business can make decisions.

In 2018 and 2019, Yingheruihui has gathered more industry elites specializing in different fields, which has injected new vitality into the new journey of Yingherui in the environmental protection field, as well as has provided good soil for the cultivation of cross-profession talents. It is the indispensable spirit of every working person to be diligent in learning and being sensitive to knowledge.
